Returns & Refunds

At Homestead & Haven, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality, and we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are happy to help.

Changing Your Mind or Ordering by Mistake

If you wish to return an unused item, please inform us within 14 days of delivery.

Assembly & Packaging: We cannot accept returns on products that have already been assembled. Items must be dismantled and securely repackaged in their original condition & packaging for transport.

Return Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for unwanted or cancelled orders. Additionally, you are accountable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling while in your possession or during return transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Homestead & Haven is committed to providing goods that meet all agreed contractual standards. While our manufacturing partners adhere to strict quality regulations and defects are extremely rare, we are here to make things right if something goes wrong.

Please Note: Any items damaged in transit should ideally be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your Coverage Options:

  • Within 30 Days of Receipt: Choose between replacement spare parts or a full refund—no questions asked.
  • 30 Days to 12 Months: We will provide free replacement parts. If that doesn't resolve the issue, we will offer a replacement item, a full refund, or a partial refund.

Shipping Your Return

Because of the nature of our products, returns cannot be sent via standard postal services.

  • Faulty/Damaged Returns: If your item arrived damaged or defective, Homestead & Haven will cover all return shipping fees.
  • Unwanted Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you cover the return shipping costs.
